Budding Artists in Nature

Age Group: 6-7 year olds

Session 1: July 19 - 21, 9am-2:30pm, M-W

Our beautiful land is full of patterns, colors, textures and designs for young artists to explore and record. As young artists and nature lovers we will go outside to find exciting plants, insects and creatures that delight us and use what we find to inspire art making. Join us to hike, paint, sculpt and draw the world around us.

Eco-Art Camp

Age Group: 9-10 year olds

Session 1: July 26 - 30, 9am-4pm, M-F

Fees: Member $195 Non-Member $225

Have you ever seen a frog you wished you could paint? Have the colors of the flowers caught your eye? Come join us for summer days of nature exploration and art making. This camp gives us the time to take in the parts of nature that inspire us and to do art projects without being in a rush. These young artists will be invited to do art projects that will become part of an art installation at Riveredge. There will be plenty of time for summer fun as well…. (watercolor fights?)
