Small Plates, Big Brews – An Exclusive Dinner & Beer pairing with The Norbert & The Fermentorium. Riveredge Nature Center, The Fermentorium and The Norbert Restaurant invite you to join us for a unique open air, seasonal dinner and beer pairing. The Fermentorium is known for crafting innovative beers but also embracing innovative spaces, so we’re happy to combine a few good things for the enjoyment of you and your closest friends: Local beer, nature, and food! – This exclusive event is limited to a small number of diners (20 humans  to keep ample room for social distancing) and will be held outdoors among the natural beauty of Riveredge. Learn a bit about the Fermentorium brewery, the beers they are showcasing, and discover the inspiration behind the pairings from the Chef and his team. This is a casual, plated dinner experience that will begin at 6:00pm and casually wrap up around 8pm. Parking is free onsite.
