Take a stroll with a naturalist to learn about the other cavity nesters that benefit from the boxes. Additional aspects of nature will be explored as well. These educational programs will give you a better understanding of the flora and fauna of the nature center. You may even learn some of the history of the land too.  \nThis program is free to attend. DESCRIPTION:June 13 @ 9:30 am – 11:00 am\n              \n                  Yoga & Mindfulness in Nature \n              \n              Build your resilience and take control of your mental and physical health by honoring a moment for yourself to practice yoga and mindfulness at Riveredge Nature Center. Join Samantha\, of SOYO Studios\, and infuse movement and mindfulness. We will begin with a 45 minute beginner-to-intermediate flow\, followed by 45 minutes of outdoor mindfulness.
