SUMMARY:Yoga & Mindfulness in Nature
DESCRIPTION:June 13 @ 9:30 am – 11:00 am\n              \n                  Yoga & Mindfulness in Nature \n              \n              Build your resilience and take control of your mental and physical health by honoring a moment for yourself to practice yoga and mindfulness at Riveredge Nature Center. Join Samantha\, of SOYO Studios\, and infuse movement and mindfulness. We will begin with a 45 minute beginner-to-intermediate flow\, followed by 45 minutes of outdoor mindfulness. You will have the opportunity to to shadow and learn to identify important indicator species in the field alongside conservation professionals. Participate for all or part of the day.
