Lunar Yoga
The January Full Moon- the Wolf Moon- invites an opportunity for reflection on your pack, your community. Ponder this while yoga instructor, Mary Addy, leads a lightly warming yoga practice. Soak in the moon-lit trails after our yoga practice on Riveredge’s luminary Friday trails- Trails Aglow. We invite you to hike with the group after class. If there is adequate snow, bring or borrow snowshoes!
Mary is a young and passionate yoga practitioner. Using yoga as a form of inner-soul searching, restoration, meditation, and exercise, Mary guides individuals through their own yoga journey. Mary’s gentle instruction allows for beginner and advanced yoga students to expand in yoga psychology, movement and flexibility, and improve general well being. She is a vibrant, adventurous spirit who enjoys global travel and incorporates her experiences in the wild throughout her classes.
Mary loves to be outdoors and pushing herself to the limits. Her yoga is an experience that is truly unique. She strives to bring each student closer to the Divine, with every class. Aside from her yoga adventures, she enjoys cooking healthy food and taking care of her cat, Toby. Her hobbies include paddle-boarding, rock climbing, hiking, and snow sports. She loves connecting with others and sharing stories of her adventures.
