Bring your preferred acoustic instrument (guitar\, fiddle\, mandolin\, banjo\, dobro\, drum\, harmonica\, dulcimer\, vocals\, dancing feet\, etc.) and join the jam – or just come to listen! Local music historian and guitarist\, Luke Cerny\, will lead the jam session. Jam tunes don’t need to be in the Old Time or Bluegrass genres but should at least be simple/standard enough for most beginner/intermediate folks to “catch” on a pass or two. The jam will be held in a traditional circle with instrumentalists and song leaders/vocalists in the middle and folks just trying to learn or play rhythm on the outside.
