This group class is designed for youth (ages 10-17) with little to no kayaking experience. We start out with an on-land introduction to equipment\, basic paddle strokes\, and water safety. Then\, we get on the water and use games and group activities to learn to maneuver a kayak and build confidence in a boat. All gear is provided. Participants must know how to swim.
