We will begin this blend of yoga and mindfulness with 45 minute of power yoga. We will continue the workshop by tuning into our breath and body with a slow, meaningful walk around the property using all 5 senses.
Bust out your binoculars and begin your birding journey! We will learn how to use binoculars then go for a short hike, where we will spot birds and use ID books and Identi-Flyers to learn the names of our feathered friends.
