Nature Tots: Red Leaf, Yellow Leaf

Let’s enjoy the autumn air as we learn about the seasonal color change of leaves on the trees in the forest. Join us for some songs and the story Red Leaf, Yellow Leaf by Lois Ehlert before we head outdoors on a leaf hunt! We’ll play a game to “meet the trees” and even create some leaf art.

Nature Tots is an early childhood program designed for learners ages 2-4 years old, accompanied by an adult guardian. A Riveredge Naturalist will focus on outdoor exploration, literacy, physical development, nature intelligence, and social development.
