The sap is running and sugarin’ time is here! Join us as we learn about this special time of year – when animals and people seek the sweet sap of a sugar maple. We will hike to the Sugarbush to tap a maple tree, taste some sap and gather around the evaporator to see how boiling sap becomes syrup.
