Be a Conservation “Gene-ius” with UW-Milwaukee
February 18, 2023 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Join Dr. Emily Latch and her students for this FREE family-friendly educational event! Kids ages 6-12 and their families can move through three hands-on education stations to learn about how DNA factors into the natural world. Learn how DNA is extracted, solve an animal crime, and see how animal adaptations are linked to genetics. This is the perfect learning opportunity for kids interested in science, animals, and the world around them.
No need to pre-register! Simply join us at Riveredge at 10:00 am on Saturday, February 18.
