Green Thumb Gardeners is a summertime, garden based early childhood program designed for learners ages 2-5 years old, accompanied by an adult guardian. A Riveredge Naturalist will focus on garden exploration, literacy, physical development, nature intelligence, and social development.
These naturalist guided experiences are designed with 45 minutes of structured play & exploration followed by 45 minutes of free play.
The café is intended for people with all stages of memory loss and their caregivers. Fun nature related activities are planned for the group each month.
The visitor center will be closed, but trails will remain open dawn to dusk.

Free Trails Day is an open community day where we waive the Riveredge trail fees entirely. Come hike for free with 10 miles of trails to choose from!
