Free Healthy Cooking Class
Learn to prepare a nourishing, healthy recipe! This session of the series of interactive classes is in partnership with Saron Sophia, a nature-based wellness group. This Riveredge Partner Instructor will guide you through a step-by-step recipe featuring wholesome ingredients, while sharing tips on incorporating healthy, balanced meals into your routine. Perfect for all skill levels, this class combines vibrant flavors with nutritious, satisfying food that’s easy to recreate at home.
Recipe: Stuffed Vegetarian Red Bell Peppers
For adults and kids ages 7+. Children under 16 must register with an adult. Free for all participants.
