QPR Suicide Prevention Training

Question, Presuade, Refer (QPR). “As CPR is for the heart, QPR is for the mind.” Recognize the warning signs of someone experiences a mental health or sucide crisis. Learn how to save lives by providing practical and evidence-based crisis intervention training. The training will be followed by an optional 30 min nature hike to experience the healing benefits of nature and learn coping techniques.

5:30-6:30 QPR Sucide Prevention Training
6:30-7:00 Nature Hike

Ages 18+

This training is free for everyone.

Pre-registration required by December 13 at 11:59 pm.
