At Riveredge, we believe that nature is an essential partner in fostering mindfulness and connection. Our spring yoga programs are crafted to inspire a deep sense of well-being and harmony with the natural world. Meditate on seasonal themes of Discovery & New Growth while yoga instructor, Mary Addy, leads a beginner/intermediate-friendly yoga flow.

Vernal Equinox Yoga

Celebrate the arrival of spring at Riveredge with a Vernal Equinox Yoga Practice led by Mary Addy. As we welcome this balance of day and night, we will focus on the renewal and vitality of the season with rejuvenating poses. Connect with the changing season, with nature, and with yourself.
