Yoga & Mindfulness in Nature
Build your resilience and take control of your mental and physical health by honoring a moment for yourself to practice slow flow yoga and mindfulness at Riveredge Nature Center. Join Samantha Olsen, of SOYO Studios, and a Riveredge Environmental Educator as we infuse movement and mindfulness. We will begin with a 45 minute beginner-friendly slow flow, followed by 45 minutes of meditation and hands-on exploration. Please prepare for weather conditions, the mindfulness in nature will include about a 3/4 mile hike.
Ages 18+
Members*: $15 | Non-members: $20
Pre-registration required by July 12 at 2:00 pm.
