Yoga & Mindfulness in Nature
Build your resilience and take control of your mental and physical health by honoring a moment for yourself to practice slow flow yoga and mindfulness at Riveredge Nature Center. Join Samantha Olsen, of SOYO Studios, and Riveredge Environmental Educator as we infuse movement and mindfulness. We will begin with a 45 minute beginner-friendly slow flow, followed by 45 minutes of meditation and hands-on exploration. Please prepare for weather conditions, the mindfulness in nature will include about a 3/4 mile hike.
Ages 18+
Members*: $15 | Non-members: $20
Pre-registration required by August 9 at 4:00 pm.
