At Riveredge, we believe that nature is an essential partner in fostering mindfulness and connection. Our yoga programs are crafted to inspire a deep sense of well-being and harmony with the natural world.
Meditate on seasonal themes of Exploration & Play while yoga instructor, Mary Addy, leads a beginner/intermediate-friendly yoga flow for 45 minutes. The following 45 minutes will be a guided hike through Riveredge with some facilitated fun and independent exploration!

Build your resilience and take control of your mental and physical health by honoring a moment for yourself to practice slow flow yoga and mindfulness at Riveredge Nature Center. Join Samantha Olsen, of SOYO Studios, and Riveredge Environmental Educator as we infuse movement and mindfulness. We will begin with a 45 minute beginner-friendly slow flow, followed by 45 minutes of meditation and hands-on exploration. Please prepare for weather conditions, the mindfulness in nature will include about a 3/4 mile hike.

Little Explorers is a playgroup open to families with children ages 2 to 5 years old. These naturalist guided experiences are designed with 45 minutes of structured play & exploration followed by 45 minutes of free play. Adults are encouraged to play along with their little explorers as well. Little siblings (0-1) are welcome to tag along too.
