Spring Herb Walk
with Linda Conroy
of Moonwise Herbs, LLC.
Join herbalist and forager Linda Conroy as we explore the plants that are emerging with the arrival of spring. This is such a celebratory time for foragers. Each season brings with it, new plants and plant stages to identify. During this walk, we will learn to identify the early spring plants, best practices for harvesting as well as how to prepare them for optimal nourishment and healing. We will make a wild salad for sampling and everyone will take home a remedy or condiment that they make themselves. Premade wild snacks and drinks will be shared at the end of the walk.
We’ll meet for this event at Wellspring, Inc.
